Mermaid Face Sketch...
Here is a sketch of the face of a mermaid. This is my second time sketching her, but I think it still needs more refinement. Once I've finalized this sketch, in photoshop I'll incorporate some clownfish or seahorses that I've sketched. I think I'm leaning towards clownfish though since I'm currently already working on a seahorse painting...

Thanks for visiting! I'm unable to comment on google+ sites that don't have the blog links, but I do visit. For some reason, even though I've said no to word verification, it still shows here. If you're logged in to Google or OpenID, you should still be able to post by clicking enter without filling in the word verification. I'm sorry about the glitch...
lovely....the clownfish will be a good complement.
ReplyDeleteShe's beautiful. I really, really like her eyes in this one. It draws me in and I want to know more about what she's thinking. :)
ReplyDeleteYour mermaid is outstanding, ever thought of making a gypsy you'd be so good for some reason this drawing reminded me of a gypsy, maybe you could create a gypsy mermaid, if anyone can do it, you can ;) awesome, Lisa Isabella
ReplyDeleteSo cute! I would like to draw, but it's not beautiful :b
ReplyDeleteThank you Christine, Alexandra, Lorraine, and Camila! Interesting idea about painting a gypsy, I haven't done that before. Perhaps I'll do that with another piece, for this one I think the clownfish are enough, but I do like the idea. Thanks Lorraine!
ReplyDeleteI love her look! She is really sassy ;o)
