A Photograph of Gladiola Flowers in Our Garden...

I took this photograph of gladiola flowers in our garden.  I have been waiting and waiting for them to bloom!  There are these peach ones and some yellow ones as well.  We didn't plant these flowers, they were planted by the people who lived here before, but they are lovely.  We are also growing some tomatoes and cucumbers this year, if we were farmers we would starve, but fortunately these are supplemental...

  2. This is a beautiful bloom. I love the color. I wonder if they would grow here with all the hard wind?

  5. Thanks Christine, Laurie, Nicole, Margie, and Lorraine! A tomato and cucumber salad sounds delicious Margie. Nicole, I am not sure, they are very long and top heavy, I've cropped out my hand holding the stem up in this photo...
