Now Up on My Website!
"Looking In" Original 11"x11" Painting, Open Edition 8"x10" Giclee Prints & Limited Edition Giclee ACEO Prints Here
"Looking In" is one of my gothic mermaid paintings. She is painted directly on to a porthole frame. She has big brown eyes and long flowing dark brown hair. Due to the round format of the original, I did digital variations to fit the 8"x10" print format and LE ACEO format which you may see on my website. The art has a lowbrow surreal feel. This piece is available as an original, as prints, and Limited Edition ACEOs!
My website at http://www.lisarusso.com has more art available, including additional mermaids in the fantasy art section!
Every week on Tuesday, I try to list a small original, some giclee art prints, and giclee LE ACEO prints at promotional prices. Visit here to see what I have available this week!
Beautiful work, and you are off to a really good start with the chow chow. Happy PPF, Valerie
ReplyDeleteNice start on your Chow Chow, and beautiful porthole piece too!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE your chow chow painting! Can't wait to see it when you finish.
ReplyDeleteOh I am loving this Chow Chow in progress!
ReplyDeleteGreat WIP. I had a chow when I was a child, in fact two. The mama didn't look like a chow except for her black tongue and her hair color. Her pup Teddy was the typical red chow and so beautiful.
ReplyDeleteHow fun to see a new work you are on. The chow is already alive with those eyes... can't wait to watch the process of this one.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful chow chow, cant wait to see her finished.
ReplyDeleteLove how the dog picture is going to turn out :)
ReplyDeleteAnd I love the picture of your beauty in the
porthole frame. And I love the frame itself, too :))
Can't get anything like that over here...
Have a beautiful weekend Lisa!

ReplyDeleteGreat dog. Looking forward to seeing the next post.
ReplyDeleteThe eyes on the pup are so sweet. Can't wait to the see the finished piece. :-)
ReplyDeleteCan hardly wait to see the Chow when it is done. Your mermaid is SO intense--whatever it is that she is looking at. Very intriguing.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much Rita, Shannon, and Jill!
