My Photograph of a Cherry Blossom Tree at Descanso Gardens + March Sketches Art, Day 23, Angel Fairy...



I took this photograph of this cherry blossom tree at Descanso Gardens some previous year, although the cherry blossom trees are in bloom there right now.  I thought this pathway with the gleaming cherry blossoms amidst the oak trees had a magical feel.  I hope that you will enjoy this photo!

Here is a sketch of a big eyed gothic maiden.  She is peppered with freckles and has a deeply kind expression...  I think she is most likely an angel fairy, although she could also be a mermaid or goddess.  I'm unsure if I'll paint her or not, but I did enjoy sketching her.


I've decided to try and do a sketch a day in March.  This is day 23.
