Original Big Eye Goddess Athena Minerva Painting + Art Prints & ACEO Prints! June Sketches...

"Watchful Eyes" Original 16"x20" Painting on Canvas Here

This week my featured painting is "Watchful Eyes". The original surreal lowbrow goddess painting is available for purchase on my website as are art prints and LE ACEO prints!  Athena (also known to the Romans as Minerva) is the Greek goddess of wisdom and is part of my goddess series.

Most of my art is also available on my website at www.lisarusso.com; however, on the first Tuesday of the month, I like to put some art prints and LE ACEO prints on ebay at a lower promotional rate for the duration of the auctions...  This month, my theme is pink flowers, you may see them here.

Here is a sketch of a heart shaped jewelry box.  For some reason I seem to collect heart shaped boxes, I don't set out to, I just like them...  I don't have jewelry in it though, just mainly some business cards I don't want to lose.  I doubt I'll paint it, but I did enjoy sketching it.

I've decided to try and do a sketch a day in June.  This is day 28.

This is a rough sketch.

Thanks for visiting! I'm unable to comment on google+ sites that don't have the blog links, but I do visit. For some reason, even though I've said no to word verification, it still shows here. If you're logged in to Google or OpenID, you should still be able to post by clicking enter without filling in the word verification. I'm sorry about the glitch...
