My Photograph of Pink Tulip Flowers at Descanso Gardens + August Sketches Art, Day 31 Sketch, Big Eye Fairy...



I took this photograph of these pink tulips at Descanso Gardens.  These flowers aren't currently in bloom, I just felt like a bit of spring today.  I hope that you will enjoy this photo!

Here is a sketch of a big eyed gothic maiden.  I think she has a beguiling look with her pixie hair and tiny hat.  I think she is most likely a fairy angel, although she could also be a mermaid or a goddess.  I'm unsure if I'll paint her or not, but I did enjoy sketching her. 


I've decided to try and do a sketch a day in August.  This is day 31.
