Sketch of a Calla Lily, August 28 Art Sketches Daily...



Here is a sketch of a calla lily flower.  It is in front of an anthurium.  They are both flowers that I love.  I'm unsure if I'll paint it, but I did enjoy sketching it.


I've decided to try and do a sketch a day in August.  This is day 28.

  4. I love all the free flowing lines. The shapes of the two flowers complement each other well. I learned the name of the anthurium today thanks to you.
