29 Faces, Face 12, Gothic Mermaid Big Eye Sketch...



Here is a sketch of a big eyed gothic maiden.  I think she has a sweet yet serious quality...  I think she is most likely a mermaid, although she could also be angel fairy or goddess.  I'm not sure if I'll paint her or not, but I did enjoy sketching her.  I did a little painting yesterday, but the changes are very subtle.  I think I'm going to LACMA today, there's an exhibit closing soon that I haven't had the chance to see.  I missed one I really wanted to see, sometimes I can't keep up with all of the great art out there...

She is face 11 for 29 faces in September.  The goal is to share 29 faces in the month of September.

    Hope you got to see the exhibition, it's always so inspiring to see art in real life not only online.
