Cherry Blossoms Flowers Art Original Painting Work in Progress WIP...
In this work in progress, I've added some more subtle blue layers to the background and painted in the supporting branches. In this original cherry blossoms flower painting, I am inspired by a photograph I took, I believe the name of those specific cherry blossoms is pink clouds. I am looking forward to starting at blocking in the petals...
This is a work in progress, but I also usually post at least one finished piece on Tuesdays if you'd like to come to visit! You also may see some of my finished paintings at http://www.lisarusso.com if you'd like.

It's a lovely start, Lisa. I'm looking forward to seeing the finished process. Cherry Blossoms are stunning...as I'm sure your painting will be. :)
the background colour gives it a very delicate look :)
Thanks so much Christine, Nicole, Maarit, Alexandra, and Jennifer! Cherry blossoms are a favorite flower of mine...
