WIP Kitty Cat Art Original Painting Work in Progress + Sketch of Daffodil Flowers & Big Eye Angel Fairy/ January 10 & 11 / Art Sketches Daily...

In this original acrylic work in progress WIP painting of a cat I've been working on her fur.  I'm a couple of layers in.  She's a black kitty, but I feel her brown underpainting gives her more of a richness...  I'm going to finesse her details and her eyes next, but I'm not quite sure the order.  She'll also need some wiskers.  The panel that I'm painting on is 8"x10"

I usually work on more than one painting at a time, and I do have some others in the works, but this one has a deadline fast approaching...

Here is a sketch of daffodils.  Two of these sweet flowers are nestled together...  I'm unsure if I'll paint it or not, but I did enjoy sketching it. 

I've decided to try and do a sketch a day in January.  This is from day 10.

Here is a sketch of a big eyed maiden.  She has a look of mild trepidation...  I think she is most likely an angel fairy, although she could also be a mermaid or a goddess.  I'm unsure if I'll paint her or not, but I did enjoy sketching her.
