Athena Minerva with Owl Work in Progress WIP + Purple Bearded Iris Website Update...

I've done some more work on my Athena big eye Greek goddess (also known to the Romans as Minerva) with owl painting.  Here her hair is finished and I've done some more work on her owl.  He's such a cute and fluffy fellow, but has such a keen gaze...

I'm joining in this week with Paint Party Friday.  To see more participants, please visit:

"Standing Tall" Original Painting Sold
Open Edition 5"x7" Giclee Prints & Limited Edition Giclee ACEO Prints Here

"Standing Tall" is based on a painting I did of a purple bearded iris.  Irises are one of my favorite flowers and I love purple.  This piece has an impressionist realist feel.  The original is sold, but I do have it available as prints and ACEOs!

Every week on Tuesday, I try to list a small original, some giclee art prints, and giclee LE ACEO prints at promotional prices. Visit here to see what I have available this week!
