Here is a sketch of a big eye gothic maiden. This fairy angel has her eyes gently closed and is wearing a headdress of feathers. I'm not sure if I'll paint her or not, but I did enjoy sketching her.

"Crossings" is of a two ships on the ocean, in view there is a beautiful sailboat. I was inspired by a harbor cruise I took in San Pedro California, although the person who bought the original was brought to mind of another CA sea location... The art has a soft realist feel. This original is sold, but I do have it available as prints and ACEOs!

"Crossings" look wonderful! I love the theme and the colors so much. And the gothic maiden looks great too!
What I wouldn't do for her eyelashes. It is always such an added bonus when we not only produce a wonderful piece but have fun doing it.
