Here is a sketch of a big eyed maiden. She has a sweet smile and her hair is flowing around her. I think she is most likely a mermaid, although she could also be a goddess or a fairy angel. I'm unsure if I'll paint her or not, but I did enjoy sketching her.
I've decided to try and do a sketch a day in January. This is day 15.

Here is a sketch of a calla lily. I chose an unusual angle for this sketch, I think these flowers have an elegant beauty no matter how they're looked at.. I'm unsure if I'll paint it or not, but I did enjoy sketching it.

Great sketches!!! I have challenged myself to paint at least 15 min a day in Jan. working on bigger pieces and smaller pieces so I may not finish them in a day but I've accomplished some art every day.
