This week I am listing "The Gift" my original gothic big eye fantasy mermaid painting.  I also have additional giclee art prints here.  There are two additional mermaid prints nestled amongst the other prints.

I wanted to list my new mermaid, but she isn't quite ready for listing; however, I was still in a mermaid mood...

My featured print for the week is "Little Owl," a small barn owl.  I realize I featured him recently, but I've decided to list him for Nibblefest's theme of Owls starting at 99c NR!  This week is my first time offering ACEO Limited Edition Prints and "Little Owl" is the 1st printing.

 I also have additional giclee art prints here.  There are mermaids, angels, fairies, and flowers.

I've finished my cyber fairy angel painting for Nibblefest, it's on ebay here.  I've named her "My Robot Friend."  Nibblefest auctions start at 99c, no reserve!  This is a 5 day auction...

Work in Progress of Cyber Fairy Angel...

Here is where I am at with my cyber fairy angel.  I don't think I'll finish her on time for the 20th, but I am relatively optimistic that I'll be able to post her on Thursday the 22nd.  If I have a chance, I'll post another WIP on Wednesday.

Cyber Fairy Angel Sketch...

Here's a sketch of a cyber fairy angel I am working on.  She's for Nibblefest's theme of Sci-Fi and Aliens.  I'm pretty sure I won't make it on time to list her on the 20th, but I'm hoping to make it for the 22nd.  Actually, I'm hoping to make it for the 20th, but that seems unlikely to me.  I'm not that fast of a painter, but I'm always hopeful...

My Newest Fairy Painting and Summer Musings...

This painting is titled "Azure Haired Beauty."  The painting is an original acrylic gothic fairy painting on 5"x7" canvas panel.  I love the color blue.  Sometimes I want to paint the world blue, but this week I've settled for painting this big eye fae almost all blue. 

I painted this to participate in Nibblefest, this month the theme is fairies so I'm looking forward to seeing everyone's creations!  I love fairies.  Mine is here, all of the entries start at 99c, no reserve... 

I've started on the sketch for my next big floral, it will be a Bird of Paradise.  I haven't made much progress on it yet.  Summer months tend to be my least productive time.  It's just so hot, all I want to do is nap...  And on a technical level, while I love that acrylics dry quickly, in the summer they dry so very quickly, any blending must be done so very quickly...  Does anyone else have seasonal variations?  I'm trying to fight it at least a little this summer, but it goes against my inclinations!

Little Owl, my small barn owl original painting...

This week I completed this small barn owl painting.  It is an original acrylic painting on canvas panel.  I painted it to participate in the NFAC theme, Birds and Other Feathered Friends, on eBay.

It's here, all of the entries start at 99c, no reserve...

I haven't forgotten about my magnolia painting, but I didn't get a chance to work on it this week, hopefully next week.  I think I've figured out what it needs.
