The start of a large white magnolia painting...

This is the painting currently on my easel. It's the start of a large (well, large for me anyway at 18"x24") acrylic original white magnolia painting. At this point the painting is untitled.

To see more Paint Party Friday participants, please visit here. Happy PPF everyone!

On January 21st I will have a giveaway of one free print of the winner's choice. There are numerous ways to enter, for each one you get an entry. One way is to follow this blog! Additional links to enter may be found here, although my facebook content is virtually identical to my blog content. Sometime next week I will try to do a post specifically devoted to the giveaway.

Thank you Christine, I must love white too, I do tend to do a solid proportion of white flowers :).

I love to make large flower pictures myself, usually in watercolors. I am eager to see your white magnolia progress.

Hi, I know I'm late, but happy PPF! It's my first time so it's taking me a while to hop around. I love the start of your painting. Magnolias are such pretty flowers so I'm sure it'll be lovely.

Lovely start! I usually draw ACEOs, so I consider 18x24" large, too.

Lisabella Russo said...

Thank you aquariann, ACEOs are tinier than I've ever tried, I'm really impressed by people who do original ACEOs :).
